Review
After 12 months, the home owner will review their utility bills. If the cost of energy usage exceeds the home’s predicted energy use by more than 10%, we will reimburse them.

The projected dollar amount listed on your Guarantee Certificate is calculated on the State average for the units of energy only (kWh), and excludes any other fees charged by the utility company. Online activation of your home is required, and will indicate the Acceptance of the Terms of this Guarantee, outlined by “Terms of Guarantee”, found in the Guarantee packet. In the event of energy usage overage and/or a claim, access to the home will be requitred, upon reasonable notice given, during reasonable business hours for an energy efficiency evaluation.
